It's that time of year! Get ready to break out a new gym routine to take on the New Year! The Training Station can help you by providing the motivation and training that will assist you in achieving your personal goals; including weight loss, flexibility, cardiovascular, self-defense, and stress relief improvements. They have a variety of options for you to get in shape for a decent price! The Training Station will provide you with guidance in leading a healthy life style to meet your goals for the New Year.
Starting January 15th, evaluations will begin for a new fitness challenge! The $450, 9-week Fitness Challenge Boot Camp combines unlimited kickboxing and self-defense classes to improve your fitness level (boxing gloves provided!) Prizes and Awards will be given to the top competitors at the end of evaluations and different challenges throughout the 9-week period. You will meet with a nutrition coach from Transitions once a week to evaluate your progress, and keep you on track towards your end goal! Current Students see Christina for member pricing.
